Shipping Information

  • Order Cut Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EDT are forwarded for processing on the same business day. Purchases submitted later will be handled on the following working day.
  • Processing Time: 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Free US Shipping: Standard shipping is available free of charge on all orders delivered within the United States.

Order Processing
Once an order has been placed successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to verify the purchase. Our team will then begin preparing the shipment.

Orders are usually prepared within 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, customers receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking details for shipment monitoring.

Delivery estimates apply after the parcel has been shipped and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, and transportation conditions.

Delivery Delays
Unexpected shipping delays may occasionally occur due to courier interruptions, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, or periods of increased shipping volume.

If a package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend allowing an additional 2–3 business days for final delivery updates.

If the shipment still has not arrived after this period, please contact us at support@vezuno.com and include your order number together with any available tracking details.

Orders shipped within the United States are handled by major national and regional delivery companies based on shipping routes, parcel size, and operational availability. Common carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other established logistics providers.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to adjust or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vezuno.com.

Changes and cancellations can usually be arranged before the order enters processing or shipment stages. After dispatch, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. In these situations, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Wrong or Damaged Orders
Every order is checked before shipment; however, transit related damage or fulfillment mistakes may occasionally happen.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and attach clear photos showing the received product, packaging condition, and visible issue.
