Eligibility for Returns

Items sent back after the 30-day return period may not qualify for refund or exchange approval.

Refund Policy
After the returned package arrives at our facility, it will undergo inspection to verify eligibility. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

We do not apply any restocking or hidden processing fees for approved returns.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to adjust or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vezuno.com.

Changes and cancellations can usually be arranged before the order enters processing or shipment stages. After dispatch, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. In these situations, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
