The battery capacity is sized to last through the night. The focus is the flag, not the fixture, and this solar disc topper flag light gives a wide coverage angle so the flag is visible from multiple directions.

Eight 45-degree slanted light panels are arranged to provide even coverage for flags of different sizes. The unit fits standard flagpoles and mounts to any 1/2" threaded ball or eagle topper without modification.
